 RMA have to achieves the same mind between you and the supliers, because that depend on type of products and suppliers, since not evey product and supplier support RMA, that's why we always cooperate with good credit standing suppliers to safeguard your benefit and ours.

3)    How did you qualify the factories?

 We will check the venders' reports, sales situation, factory environment and equipment.

4)    So the price you quote us is including your compensation?

Yes, we won't request any other commission, but cost of shipment is certainly charge by clients themselves, we also will select a best way or freight company to save the cost of clients.
